This painting, by Zoe Sykes shows three young "demons" playing beneath an old tree. It was inspired by childhood memories of playing outside and is my attempt to display this concept using my own artistic style. Many of my paintings incorporate these types of creatures which I refer to as demons, though they may appear more friendly than traditional demons. My hope for this piece was to remind the viewer of their own childhood and make them look back on those memories.
